An MVA client from Queens County underwent lumbar and cervical discectomy, left knee arthroscopy for a meniscus tear, and treatment for a partial-thickness tear in the shoulder. Despite an initial $125,000 pre-trial offer, we successfully argued their case, securing a $3,500,000 settlement.
