Gennady Voldz is the Owner and founder of Voldz Law, P.C. Voldz Law is a trial firm only which gets its business from various plaintiff personal injury law firms in the New York area. Mr. Voldz handles all aspects of trial preparation and trial presentation. With numerous jury verdicts in state court, he has been able to recover millions of dollars for his clients through both settlement and verdict. Areas of practice include general negligence, wrongful death, medical malpractice, motor vehicle and pedestrian accidents, municipal liability, premises liability and criminal defense.

Gennady Voldz, founder of Voldz Law, P.C., is a skilled New York City trial lawyer based in New York City who passionately advocates for individuals hurt due to negligence.

Gennady believes that his tactics set him apart and put him ahead of the bell curve. He goes above and beyond in both case and client preparation to secure the compensation his clients deserve. He prioritizes connections with clients and fellow lawyers, understanding that success for one is success for all. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, he tailors his strategies to fit each client’s unique needs.

Gennady was born in Kharkov, Ukraine and immigrated to the United States at a very young age. He was raised in Queens, NY. His commitment to the people of New York extends beyond the courtroom. As a mentor with I-Mentor, Gennady helps high school students in underserved neighborhoods achieve academic success and reach college goals.

In his spare time, Gennady enjoys playing sports, including baseball and pickleball, hiking, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two children.
