Queens County - A 45 year old male was caused to trip and fall on a broken defective sidewalk causing cervical/neck injuries as well as right shoulder injuries. A Westchester County jury found both a defendant driver as well as a township completely responsible for a motor vehicle accident where there was a missing traffic signal at the intersection where our client was struck while going through a green light. The client was a 62 year old female who undercent anterior cervical discectomy and fusion as a result of the accident. The defense argued that the injuries were unrelated given her age, degeneration and more than 5 years of documented prior chronic pain as well as prior recommendation for surgery. The jury refused to believe the defense and sided with Voldz law in awarding the client this just sum for her pain and suffering.

Richmond County - 60 year old Client was involved in a motor vehicle accident where a school bus reversed into client's vehicle. This caused the client to undergo a laminectomy of C2 through C7, as well as full thickness tears in both shoulders. Voldz law successfully argued that despite the client having prior neck surgery, this accident exacerbated prior injuries resulting in a over seven figure settlement award for the client on the eve of trial.
